Wyoming Marriage License Requirements:
The cost of a Wyoming Marriage License is $25.
You must pay with cash or check, payable to the courthouse.
This is good for one year from the date issued. This is good for the entire State of Wyoming only.
You will need to bring a Photo ID and know your social security numbers.
Our Officiants must see your license before we can perform any marriage ceremony.
NOTE: Your legal & certified certificate of marriage after the ceremony must come from the courthouse, for purposes of name changes, etc.
Additional information required:
Your parents' full names, your mothers' maiden name, and the state in which each parent was born.
If you were married before and now divorced, you must have the date of the final divorce decree.
If you were married before and your spouse passed away, you must have the date of death.
